How the IIMCAA Care Fund Supports Alumni During Medical Emergencies

Medical emergencies can strike without warning, placing immense emotional and financial pressure on individuals and families. Recognising this reality, the IIMCAA Care Fund was established to support alumni of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication during critical medical situations.

The Fund provides reimbursement-based financial assistance to eligible alumni who require hospitalisation and have limited access to financial resources. Each application is carefully reviewed by the Trustees to ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to clearly defined guidelines.

Beyond financial support, the Care Fund represents the collective strength of the IIMC alumni community—where alumni stand by each other in times of need. Since its inception, the Fund has helped multiple alumni navigate medical crises with dignity and reassurance.
