Faq

You can contribute to the IIMCAA Care Fund by making a voluntary donation to support alumni facing medical emergencies and welfare initiatives. Details related to contribution and payment modes are shared by IIMCAA through official communication channels.

Medical assistance is available to IIMC alumni who have completed a Post Graduate Diploma from IIMC and meet the eligibility criteria, including income limits and absence of medical insurance coverage, as defined in the Care Fund guidelines.

No. Financial assistance under the IIMCAA Care Fund is provided strictly on a reimbursement basis. Advance payments are not permitted.

The Care Fund supports expenses related to documented medical emergencies requiring In-Patient Department (IPD) treatment. Out-Patient Department (OPD) expenses are not covered.

Applicants must submit medical documents such as doctor’s prescriptions, medical reports, hospital bills, discharge summaries, proof of payment, along with income-related documents as specified in the guidelines.

Yes. The maximum financial assistance available under the medical emergency provision is INR 20,000 per applicant. The final approved amount is decided by the IIMCAA Care Fund trustees.

Eligible alumni must submit their application and required documents via email to the official Care Fund email address, following the subject format and endorsement requirements mentioned in the guidelines.

Yes. In addition to medical support, the IIMCAA Care Fund also supports training and skill development programs, alumni-led community service initiatives, and selected welfare activities.
